Title:	Rational points on a family of symmetric hypersurfaces over finite fields

Abstract:	In this talk, we consider the number of rational points, in particular rational points with pairwise distinct coordinates, on a family of hypersurfaces defined by certain symmetric polynomials. We also propose a computational problem of a generalized Vandermonde determinant. It is a joint work with Daqing Wan (UCI). 报告人介绍：张俊，2014年8月至今就职于首都师范大学数学科学学院，副教授，主要研究方向为编码理论与密码学。张俊，2004年9月-2008年6月就读于南开大学数学试点班获学士学位；2008年9月-2014年6月就读于南开大学陈省身数学研究所获博士学位。曾访问过美国加州大学欧文分校，美国俄克拉荷马大学和美国特拉华大学。在国内外权威学术期刊《Math.Ann.》、《IEEE Trans. Info. Theory》、《Finite Fields Appls》、《Designs, Codes and Cryptography》《中国·数学》等以及国际会议《IEEE ISIT》、《TAMC》等上发表论文近二十篇。
