Abstract:	What is money? From cryptocurrencies to MMT, the above issue has been revisited. We proposed that the money, a fiat currency, is a perpetual debt with callable function to exchange to its real (goods)value. We introduce a postulate that economic disparities are necessary and sufficient conditions for an economy. Economic growth and social wealth of an economy are trade off Phillips curve due to the postulate. The nature of macroeconomic policies such as fiscal and monetary policies are change economic disparities through allocation of resources. We examine the role of money in macroeconomic policy, as well the practice of cryptocurrencies and MMT.
