Title: On the asymptotic behavior of Steady Euler equations

Abstract: In this talk, I will first address the irrotational fields in exterior domains. By applying a refined maximum-principle argument, I will derive the sharp algebraic decay rate of |x|^{-(n-1)} and provide an explicit |x|^{-n} expansion for incompressible airfoil flow. Next, I will focus on rotational flows with large vorticity and characteristic discontinuities in infinitely long nozzles. Using an Euler–Lagrange transformation combined with weighted L² local-average energy estimates, optimal far-field convergence rates and linear structural stability under finite boundary perturbations are shown, without convexity, smallness, or smoothness restrictions.
